James Huff on "Woocommerce Product tag or category reorder"

Supposedly you can reorder the product categories, which I need to do.

And there is a move cursor and reorder animation but the reorder never takes effect, it just reverts after the animation.

Is this feature broken in the current version of wordpress?
what is there to do?
