sterndata on "plugin installation problem"

hi i installed plugin but i cant see it in menu, then i install again and it shows me this message "nstalling Plugin: Rencontre - Dating Site 1.9.10.1

Installing the plugin…

Plugin install failed." plz help me

The "error" is telling you that the plugin is already there. If you think the initial install failed, use FTP or your hosting control panel to delete the directory wp-content/plugins/rencontre/

Is the plugin not showing when you use PLUGINS->INSTALLED PLUGINS from the dashboard? Did you activate it after the initial install?
