supah on "Portfolio Press Fatal error: Call to undefined function error"

I'm getting this error at the bottom of my home page

Fatal error: Call to undefined function portfolioplus_paging_nav() in /home/68/47/2904768/web/wp-content/themes/portfolio-press/templates/full-width-portfolio.php on line 63

I tried reinstalling portfolio press to resolve the issue, as suggested, but no luck.

Also - the home page display issue I had a few months back never was resolved.

Where can I find an older version of Portfolio Press to fix this?

update:
I altered settings --> Blog pages show at most to be 999 and the error doesn't appear.

only problem now is ... no footers and no menus appearing on individual pages.
