bdbrown on "move the order of my posts in a category"

Not sure why this is such a hard thing to do. I want to change the order of my posts in a category. Suggestions?

what order is it now and what order do you want?

in a category archive page?

My posts are in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I want something like 3, 2, 4,....

Also, I want to delete duplicate posts from one category (the posts are already in another category).

Is this complicated or easy to do?
