wschaefer1 on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Receiving Multiple Emails from Contact Form"

When filled out and submitted I am receiving the same email multiple times, sometimes up to 6 times. I have updated all themes and plugins, and it seemed to stop for awhile, but is now sending multiples again.

How can this be fixed?
