I am using CF7, Mautic and WordPress.
the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-mautic-extention/
is not working in WordPress Multisite, it does working in Single Site, tried in clean install.
I don't see the settings panel at all.

can someone help to make it work in Multisite?
i believe it small adjustment... at least hope it does...
