muntansir on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Won't show the actual name of the person who submitted the form."

So I am using contact form 7 and for some reason when someone emails me I cannot see the name they have filled in. I am using an SMTP in order for it to send to my zoho mail. My contact form is as follows:

<p class="clearfix">[submit "Send"]</p>

I see that the [your-name] field is included in the "from" section I tried to alter this to say [name] and various other thing also tried to add it into the message body. I have the following setup for the email body:

From: <[text-379 id:name]> <[your-email]>
Subject: <[your-subject]
Sender Name:
[your-name]

Sender Email:
[your-email]

Sender Website:
[web]

Message Body:
[your-message]

However when I do recieve an email although I have filled out all columns It tells me the message body and there email however it says "[your-name]" and "[web]" instead of the actual name they have filled out on the form. Currently I have a coming soon page activated on my website and was hoping to go live tomorrow as it will be focussed on lead gen I need to get make sure this form is working as intended. Any help would be appreciated
