Tech-Banker on "[Plugin: WP Mail Bank - Best PHPMailer & SMTP Mailer] All I know is it's not a question of letting Gmail use less secure apps"

Hi there- came into this quandary the last time I set this up and remedied the issue by allowing gmail to use less secure apps. This time around it's still not working. Here's my error message- any help would be so, so appreciated!
