maxgx on "[Plugin: Intuitive Custom Post Order] Conflict with JetPack Infinite Scroll - Duplicate first Load of posts"

Hi,
I'm using your plugin with JetPack Infinite Scroll.
When I activate your plugin, Infinite Scroll loads fine.

But When I Activate you plugin, Infinite Scroll loads the first X Posts that already are in page......and then goes fine.

Must be some problem with Query posts.....could you have a look, please!?

i confirm the bug.
it happens with using the destin-basic theme.
it'd be great to know of a solution, as both plugins are excellent to have.
