pankaj1997 on "[Plugin: Contact Form by ContactUs] Can't remove plugin from webpage?!"

I am unable to remove the contact form from a page where I had initially put it. I uninstalled this plugin but still, this form which I had put in on this page did not disappear! How do I remove the Contact Form completely from my website? I have already uninstalled the plugin.
