My web host is Ipage, I've tried contacting them and looking on google for the answer to fix this issue. I have designed and "published" my blog but the url is still showing "under development". The name of the blog is dreaminglitter.com. I have searched and looked for what most people are saying i need to look for which is the index.html but there is not an index.html or home.html file in my file manager. Any suggestions? I have been trying to publish for a few days now and no one seems to have the answer.
