Giovanni Putignano on "[Plugin: WCK - Custom Fields and Custom Post Types Creator] Custom Structure for Permalinks"

I set Custom Structure for Permalinks to /blog/%postname%.html.
then I added a new Custom Post Type and permalinks for CPT is /blog/agriturismo/%postname%.html.
How can I rewrite it to /agriturismo/%postname%.html?
