ricebug on ""Written By" is Incorrect--How To Fix"

Just got this blog site up. However, when I click on FIRST BLOG POST, the page says, "Written by TERRYDELANEYOUTLOOKCOM." How in the world do I change this? When I registered at WordPress's site, it looked like it took my email address, deleted the periods, and made that my useame.

It appears that these files are stored on WP's servers, since a check of my listing via FileZilla, doesn't show that particular file.

Can you go to your user profile and change your publicly displayed name?

Read those instructions carefully please, before changing anything.
