Ok. So I don't know what's happening here. I have a video with some custom script added to lower the volume in the window. If i link directly to the mp4 it opens in the iframe fine but the volume is 100%. If I link to my html file with the volume script added to be 20% (or any .html url), it opens in a new window. If you scroll to the bottom of this page you'll see 2 links. One is the mp4 the other the html file with custom script.
I have tried changing to twenty fourteen theme and it does the same thing.
Any insight would be appreciated.
