tmeginc on "[Plugin: Wordfence Security] Wordfence 6.1.8 Update Failed-Can't copy some files"

I received the following message when trying to install the 6.1.8 wordfence update:

"Update failed: The update failed because we will not be able to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions"

What permissions are needed on which files? and where would I set these permissions.

My website http://www.tmeginc.com is hosted by Ipower.

Could you try this

1. Go to Wordfence "Diagnostics" page and at the bottom "Disable config caching"
2. If necessary, log in to your site using FTP/SSH and manually remove this file wp-content/plugins/wordfence/tmp/configCache.php

Let me know if that works.

I tried the first option and it did not work. I need to get help with the second option to try that. I will let you know.
