Hello.

I have a website that shares historical documents. I wanted to be able to show them based on the date they were written. Like, a document written in 1800 appears after a document written in 1700, no matter when they were added to my site. And I needed it on a day level, like 01/02/1800 appears after 01/01/1800.

But then, there is a date limit to wordpress posts (around 1900? I don't remember).

So, what is the best way to do this?

Also, I do post some update, news, articles now and then, so there are posts that don't need this date hack.
