palashtd on "[Theme: MesoColumn] How to Remove "continue reading & featured post excerpt"?"

Hi admin,
I'm a part-time blogger. Recently I'm using your theme on my tech blog. But I would like to some change your theme design. I want to change the following section (see screenshot). So how is it possible? If possible then which file or code I have edited or removed.
