khalilsido on "Awesome fonts - icons not loading on my website"

Dear support

I am running this website with Interactive shop theme

and suddenly the icons are showing in square text I tried every solution with plugins and stuff no effect

I read a lot of solutions within this I tried some none is working on my site

Kindly help me solving the issue

it's live now :(

I had to close it to modify something >_<

It can't find the fonts. http://www.en-iac.com/wp-content/themes/mts_interactive/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.ttf?v=4.3.0 results in a 404 error.

You need to reinstall them in the location above.

You don't have font assets of Font Awesome inside /theme-name/fonts folder. That's why it's not working. :)

Ummm can I know how did you find out this sir?

cause it happened suddenly and to troubleshooting it again whenever it happens.

You can check the console for error message. You can install Font Awesome from here: http://fontawesome.io/license/

Download all the files and put /css/ and /fonts/ folders in the root of your theme directory. Make sure to replace the old files and have the same file name.

If you're experienced with code then you can also include it using https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_enqueue_style/
