wpsuperuser76 on "[Plugin: All-in-One WP Migration] Unable to Impor- Drag and Drop Box not to be seen"

Just having an issue with the import or export not working. The interface does not show me the usual drag and drop box- please see SS. I also tried to restore using the restore via FTP but unable to do this either.
