pilipaa on "[Plugin: Team Rosters] Posting rosters"

Am I better off using short code to post rosters? I can add the roster to a page in my menu items but the roster displays poorly when I do that.

Also, what are the dimensions required for the roster page. Our site (pilipaa.com) has plugins on the right column that take up some space.
