threetinytabbies on "Spacing around the title that lists the number of Idea"

On my blog, above the Idea there is a title that lists the number of Idea (for example, "3 Comments" or "6 Comments"). How can you use CSS to change the spacing above and below this title? The website is threetinytabbies.com. I would like to increase the spacing above the title and decrease the spacing below the title, because if you click on the post to view the Idea section, the title is closer to the post than it is to the Idea.

I found out that I can make it work by adding this code:

margin-bottom: -25px;
margin-top: 35px;

to this part of the style.css stylesheet:
h3, .h3 {
font-size: 22px;
}

However, this pushes down the "leave a reply" title on top of the "enter your comment here" box. Can you move down the "enter your comment here" box?
