mary7069 on "Installed wp; but cannpt open"

I have installed WordPress on my PC so I can create a site in a test environment. At the time the little green "W" was pinned to my task bar. I verified that I could get to WP by clicking on the "W". However, the "W" is no longer in the taskbar. The downloaded files are on my computer, but I don't know what to click on to start the program. There it probably an easy answer to this, but I new to all of this and don't know where to go. Thanks.
