David Anderson on "[Plugin: UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin] doesn't work"

I'm installing the UpdraftPlus plugin to see lot's of reviews after while a month later I need to restore my website but when I'm trying to restore the site from backup every time it's getting failed and seem it's not working properly to backup the WordPress site properly.plz check the plugin and fix the bug in free version why it does not work and showing error every time when someone need to backup restore the site.
