allthingssweet on "Website Outside of Dashboard not working"

I have my site up and rolling. I have been posting stuff the past few days on it and it seemed to be working fine. I am using the Customizr theme. When I looked at my website from a different computer outside the dashboard, some pages were not showing up properly. When going to click on a category list, under a page in the main menu at the the top of the page, it highlights the first two categories list and then takes you to the category you were not clicking on. Then when clicking on the button on one of the slides I have on my front page, it does not take me to the page it suppose to, like it has been doing. It takes me to a page that says down for maintenance. I have deactivated and deleted the site is down for maintenance plugin, I had up when I was working on my page. When I view my site through the word press dashboard, it works just fine. What do I do to get this fixed, so my readers are not running into this issue when trying to access a section of my site?
