Is it possible to remove the link for "Details" along with arrow graphic in the Detail tab view? I just want to have the product photo, description, and price listed without a link to anything else since all info will be on that page already. Is that possible and/or is that capability only offered in the premium version?

It is certainly possible to remove the Details link along with the graphics. You may use the following custom CSS of your catalog to hide it:

/*Hide details graphics and link*/
.upcp-detail-details-link {display:none;}
