thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

I see what you mean, but unfortunately, I'll have to disappoint you here. Something like this is not possible. The search works in the user's browser, using JavaScript. It would need all those 2000 tables to be on one page, and things would be very slow then.

Note that TablePress integrates into the regular WordPress search, i.e. your tables are searchable with the regular search, if they are embedded into a post or page.
