katrah on "Tags & Categories in Posts Not Refreshing for Each Post"

I'm still very new to websites, etc., so please bear with me.

I have two "custom" plugins for my posts: one to show the categories that post is in and the second to show tags that post is in.

Strangely I'm noticing that once I click on one post and it displays the categories and tags for that post it will show the exact same thing in every other post I navigate to despite them having completely different categories and tags.

It's happening on Chrome on my PC and my husband's PC. It's happening on Firefox on my husband's PC, however, each page refreshes the information correctly on Firefox on my PC.

Any ideas on what is causing this and how I can fix it? The reason of course for having this information per post is to aid in finding similar content which is essential for my blog's subject matter.

I can provide the code for the plugins as well if needed, but since 1 out of 4 is indeed refreshing per post properly I have a feeling that isn't the issue.
