I'm new to wordpress and really appreciate any help. Doing some work on this website and I'm trying to change the font size and color on this post. Is this correct?

I think its an old version of wordpress as it doesn't have the customizer, it only has an editor in the appearance menu. The editor allows you to select which theme to change, either Pitch or the Pitch child. I believe I need to put my CSS into Pitch child.
