bdbrown on "Help! Everything's different and days of revisions missing"

Hi! Let me trace my steps for you - I've been getting hits on my site even though I have a pin required to see it. I felt vulnerable, so I added a maintenance mode plugin, tued my index page from public to private, and I purchased iThemes Security Pro and activated their enhanced features to make sure I got no more traffic. I then went about updating my landing page for a good multiple revisions, and that was two days ago to the hour. I came back to my site today, and everything is back to how it was before I did any of that. The Plugins page shows that iThemes Security Pro was installed, but it's not showing it as ever having been activated. Not only that, all the revisions I made to my site are gone, and the only revisions that I can restore are from 5 days ago (when I did all this work 2 days ago). At one instance, the Browse Revisions button gave me an option to restore a revision from 4 days ago - which is odd because it was saying only seconds before that there were only revisions from 5 days and earlier. So something is clearly messing up, either with wordpress or a combination of wordpress and this plugin. I don't want to put all that work into it again, so I'm wondering if you have any advice to find a restore point that it's not showing me? It should have multiple saves and autosaves from 2 days ago, 3 and 4 days ago and beyond.

Hi pene4082. Since you're running a commercial plugin you should post your question with the plugin vendor's support. The volunteers on this forum don't have access to that plugin. You paid for support when you bought the plugin so you should contact the vendor. This also allows the developers to be aware of potential issues with their products.
