rocco1850 on "[Plugin: WooCommerce] Checkout page - when only free shipping should be present, various shipping options are given"

Hello,

I'm writing about 2 problems that appear on the checkout page. When the total price of the products in the cart is higher than 40EUR, the shipping cost should be free, but as you can see on the website it gives you also the option to select the fixed shipping cost. Until a while ago this problem wasn't present, and the option to select was never present for purchases higher than 40EUR - it instantly calculated no shipping costs. The second problem is connected with the payment method selection: cash on delivery is available only for buyers from Slovenia and when you select the fixed shipping rate (only available in Slovenia) it makes this option available, but when you select free shipping (it's also available only in Slovenia) the cash on delivery option doesn't show up..

I'm kindly asking for help on resolving this problem. This issue came out recently.
I also tryed to tu off and on all the other plugins but there was no success.
