I think I discovered last night the reason the migration didn't work. This particular DAP plugin was configured in such a way that it installed a "dap" folder with required classes in the public_html folder, which is OUTSIDE of the WordPress install, so of course, a plugin working from within WordPress would not be able to access that--would probably need ftp privileges, which even I didn't have on that site (for complicated reasons, and that was why we wanted to move the site--not enough access to the back end, Cpanel OR ftp).

So as a migration plugin for regular WordPress installs, you did a fantastic job! I will be sure to give you a good rating, as this is a wonderful resource.
