retrobeatcom on "WP from production server to localhost"

Hello,
i'm trying to move one of my websites to localhost for testing purposes.

Currently the website is on debian
and my local setup is:
XAMPP running on windows.

When i move my files and db to localhost, im getting errors for almost every installed plugin:

example error:

Waing: require_once(C:xampphtdocsdjcwp-contentpluginsbulk-delete//include/base/users/class-bd-user-meta-box-module.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:xampphtdocsdjcwp-contentpluginsbulk-deletebulk-delete.php on line 213
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'C:xampphtdocsdjcwp-contentpluginsbulk-delete//include/base/users/class-bd-user-meta-box-module.php' (include_path='C:xamppphpPEAR') in C:xampphtdocsdjcwp-contentpluginsbulk-deletebulk-delete.php on line 213

and 213 line is:
require_once self::$PLUGIN_DIR . '/include/base/users/class-bd-user-meta-box-module.php';

If i remove the plugin, the next one is having identical error...

Any suggestions?
