svgr on "[Theme: OnePress] Header not sticking on mobile"

I tried a sticky jQuery plugin too on an additional div. Both don't work when the width is less than 800px. Any idea what could be making the scripts not work below such widths?

Even smooth scroll is not working on mobile. What could cause these jQuery dependant scripts to not work on mobile, any idea?
