enteringhelp on "Previews cannot be scrolled"

As seen on this preview, using Ipad/Iphone devices you cannot scroll this website at all. The same goes for many (all?) other themes (previews) here at WordPress.org.

Does anyone know if this issue will persist on the theme when downloaded and uploaded on a host, like it does here? Meaning I cannot scroll on my own website after setting it up, that would be a disaster for a responsive theme

I think it's the preview that's broken and not the theme. In the preview, the theme is being placed inside a container so you'll see 2 scrollbars if you set the browser to a smaller viewport size. You can see it if you view it from a computer.
