Hmm, I don't see any JS errors in the console, which is the usual cause of this.

Try this:

1. Disable all plugins besides the WP Job Manager ones.
2. Switch to a default theme, e.g. Twenty Sixteen.
3. Does it work then?
4. If so, tu plugins back on (one at a time), checking the front page after each one.
5. When it stops working again, you'll know the plugin you just activated is the culprit.
6. If you make it through all the plugins, switch back to your original theme.
7. If it stops working then, you know the theme is the issue somehow.

If you deactivate all your plugins, switch to a default theme, and it *still* doesn't work, well... let me know. :)
