Ipstenu (Mika Epstein) on "[Plugin: Basic Comment Quicktags] Only allow those tags"

Great plugin for Idea system.
I want to allow only those html quick tags in comment form, other tags will be disable.
How to do that?

You mean to prevent someone from manually entering the tags? That's not something included in this plugin and you'd have to mess with wp_kses to do it - https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_kses
