doublet on "My friend lost domain control"

Helo, I have a friend with a blog in here that has access to the wordpress blog but don't have any access to the domain registered with them.

I would like to ask witch is the best way to request direct access to support (no more public forums of whatever) coz this is not a "blog issue", this is a resiuous lost of control of the domain name.

Stedata,, I made an effort to try to explain my issue in english, wich is not my main language and it's hard for me to try to explain this.

So I will ignore that joke comment that I didn't understand, I prefer to think that you're not making fun of my main message because of my bad english.

I have anready tried to use that contact form but always sending me to public forums, I don't know how to proceed, that's why I'm asking here.
