Just now I discovered a problem with Post Pagination for WordPress. The Post pagiation used to split a long single blog post in multiple pages for ease of faster loading and rendering objects with browser.

But these splitted pages get indexed in Google, and other search engines

Do they cause Duplicate URLs issue?

Suppose the main article page is

http://www.creativebloq.com/typography/best-handwriting-fonts-12121527/

and its split pages are consecutively

http://www.creativebloq.com/typography/best-handwriting-fonts-12121527/2
http://www.creativebloq.com/typography/best-handwriting-fonts-12121527/3
http://www.creativebloq.com/typography/best-handwriting-fonts-12121527/4

I want to know how to remove the split pages from search results since these pages will cause bad user experience in addition probably get hit by Google panda for duplicating content

Do they cause Duplicate URLs issue?

No. They are not duplicate urls since each includes its page number. Google will correctly recognise them as part of one paginated document but may send visitors to specific pages if their search term indicates that an inner page will best suit their needs.
