photocrati on "[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Upload not working"

Updates:
PHP 5.4 to 7
WP to 4.5.2
NextGEN to 2.1.43
NextGEN Plus to 1.3.14

Now the Upload of Images to a gallery does not work anymore - without any error-messge. It just says "0 images uploaded". I also downgraded to PHP 5.6. But still its not working anymore.

@ejazper - Can you set the following server environment: PHP Allow URL fopen : On ... the PHP Memory Limit is a bit low but otherwise I am not seeing anything in your details that might be involved with this issue.

The php option allow_url_fopen = On and Memory to 128MB and now it works.
