When lightbox is enabled the mouse scroll is not working. Please help me fix this problem.

Appear after 50% of the page scrolled

Also one more thing. I didn't activate the show after time of inactivity but still this seems to be activating. when you go to my site don't do anything and wait for at least 25 seconds, then after you close the lightbox the mouse scroll is not working. Please try to check this as soon as possible. Cannot let this setting activated for long.
