horsereporter on "Wordpress comes up as my FB connection"

Hi...I have a question on changing from wordpress.com to wordpress.org .as I have been with Siteground (www.horsereporter.com) for over 4 years. Now when I put up a new post and it is automatically shared on FB, it comes up as from "wordpress". How do I get it to report from Horsereporter.com? How do I get that wordpress title off FB posts? Thank you.
