Hi Friends
i have used WP Register Profile With Shortcode plugin but it dosen't show registeration form in my page after adding shortcode in registeration page?
anyone can help me? :(

Make sure you are not logged in and Registration must be enabled in your site.
Go to Settings -> General then Enable "Anyone can register"
