When in the dashboard editing a page, the page will

constantly

scroll upwards while typing. This is VERY annoying! I have the latest WP installed. Any fixes would be VERY MUCH appreciated. This makes it almost not worth it to use WordPress.

Try to disable all plugin and try after enable one by one

I hope it comes from any one of your plugins

I only have 2 plugins. Disabled both. It's still happening. Happens in Firefox, IE, Chrome. I'm getting to the point of wanting to dump WordPress.
