Commented it out but unable to check since I cannot access our site. Seems something got messed up since our last WP update. Something wrong in /home/verifres/public_html/wp-settings.php line 21.

Line 21: require( ABSPATH . WPINC . '/load.php' );

Thats a core WordPress file, unrelated to woocommerce.
