I give it 5 stars for both plugin and support. I would give support 10 stars. They were very patient with me and helped me greatly. They mean it when they ask you to send a support request to them if you are either having difficulties or frustrated which there actually should not be any. I am almost 70 and have dementia; but NOT alzheimers.
