There is no instruction to add Recent And Popular widget on the left sidebar with STAR Icon for Popular and the Watch Icon For Recent

Please try, appearance > widgets > Hueman dynamic tabs.

It will start showing, STAR Icon for Popular and the Watch Icon For Recent posts at the sidebar.
