Whenever, the plugin is activated the payment method "COD - Cash on Delivery" - enabled only for Greece - is not shown on checkout process.
Moreover, shipping options for Greece are also disabled as the plugin conflicts with plugin "WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping".

I'm working in do the plugin compatible with WooCommerce 2.6. The current version have several bugs with new features related with shipping included in WooCommerce 2.6
