I am new to WordPress and have just created my first site on the Hemitz theme. My link is http://www.goweb-inc.com/

On the home page you can see that the text that says "News Posted, Uncategorized" and "Get on the Web" is too high and is interfering with the appearance of the menu. I was wondering how I could move this text down to make it more centered with the pictures (this is the way it appeared in the demo). If anyone can help me out on this issue that would be great!

I'm very unexperienced with this so I apologize. I am not sure what a child theme stylesheet is. Is this the file that says "stylesheet" in the editor or do I have to create my own child stylesheet?
And once I have the stylesheet, do I just type this code in anywhere?

You can find it under Appearance > Editor > style.css on admin panel

And add this lines at the bottom of the file

I tried that and unfortunately nothing happened, the text is still in the same place. Any other ideas?

Try after clear browser cache

It doesn't say "clear browser cache" or anything like that in my stylesheet, is that where that should be appearing?

Sorry, I've now realized you were probably asking me to clear my browser cache and then try again. I did that but still nothing has changed.
