Menaka S. on "[Theme: Customizr] Secondary menu doesn't show"

Hello there,
I need to add a (horizontal) secondary menu above the main menu.
This is the website I'm working on: http://elliescafe.com/
I followed these instructions http://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/145-managing-the-header-menu-in-the-customizr-theme about adding a secondary menu which is supported by the theme but the menu doesn't show in the header.
Can anyone help me to troubleshoot this?
By the way, I love this theme, I just don't know why the customization is no working.

The theme is designed so that the secondary menu can be displayed horizontally on the header only if the main menu is made vertical(the hamburger menu). So, displaying both menus horizontally one below the other is not possible just by using the settings.
