Mark Morris on "[Plugin: Bootstrap Forms] Create form / Update form not clickable."

After the latest update (0.3.0) the button to create a form is not click-able any more.
Rolling back to 0.2.7 and it works again.

Hi, Could i get further information? Is it when creating a new form? or updating existing?

I have tested on fresh install and was able to create and update perfectly. So currently i cant reproduce the error.

Hey, thanks for the information, i spent a few hours looking over code, just in case i missed something.

Thanks for the update. The Plugin is still in development and i'm planning some major features soon, better layout options etc.
